Hazelnut harvesting season starts in mid-august. Today, Turkey is the largest producer and exporter of hazelnut. We solely manufacture and trade Turkish hazelnuts in various forms. We offer in-shell, natural kernels, blanched, roasted, diced, flour and hazelnut paste. Hazelnuts contain the most vitamin E among the different nut types. They are an excellent source of phytosterols, substances believed to be important in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. They are rich in both vitamin B1, B2 and provitamin A.
